Architect
Gary Lamb and Jon Glasgow of the Long Beach architectural design firm, Interstices, are the project architects. Both Gary and Jon have been involved in a number of successful high-profile Long Beach projects, including the historic Kress Lofts on 5th and Pine.

Project Development and Construction Management
Bill Lindborg of Borg Long Beach Development Corporation, is a partner and serves as Project Developer for the Walker Building. Bill has successfully supervised the redevelopment and management of thousands of multi-family units and numerous commercial projects. He is currently a member of the Board of Long Beach Heritage, where he serves as liaison to the City’s Redevelopment Agency. Bill has a long family history in Long Beach.

Finance
Naty Saidoff of Capital Foresight is providing funding for the project. Capital Foresight has solely, and through an institutional conduit, purchased thousands of apartment units and multiple commercial centers throughout California, Colorado, Nevada, and Texas.

Capital Foresight also has a banking relationship locally with Kenneth Walker of Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach.
